Laughter keeps us healthy.
Researchers at the Mayo Clinic have done their homework. Laughing is proven to lower blood pressure, reduce stress hormone levels, and boots t-cells. That means less risk of stroke and a stronger immune system. What’s more, laughter improves blood flow and fights against memory loss later in life.
